Let yourself be nurtured while here. To help you let go and get the most from your stay we suggest you turn off your technology, book all the meals you require (full board, vegetarian and special diets are all available), and tuck your car keys away! Enjoy the expansive gardens, curl up by the log fire, use our meditation rooms and yoga space or bring your walking boots and borrow a map.
To help you get the most from your Retreat we will arrange a time to speak to a Personal Retreat Guide to answer any questions and make arrangements and booking according to your needs and availability.
