Bones for Life

This is part of the ‘Movement Intelligence’ programme, pioneered by Ruthy Alon.

Life today can be full of rush, aches and pains, sore muscles and bones. These classes give gentle movements to help release tension and free you up from poor postural habits, reminding your body of the most efficient way to walk and sit with less effort. Re-find the best posture for you. Exercises to help strengthen bones, improve bone density, and bring rhythm, flexibility, grace, energy and flow into your body and your life.

Do you have problems with knees, shoulders, hips, wrists?

Is there a part of your body you would like to improve?

Come and book in for a ‘ Yoga & Bones for Life Day’ at the Open Pathway to Peace. Or come to classes here or online. 1 to 1 by appointment. Or come and participate in the Yoga and Bones for Life Retreat from 7th – 14th August.

Ring to speak to Christy or email to book or to discuss your needs.

Testimonials

As a 65 year old woman with some arthritis, joint tightness, aches and a past broken wrist, I have found Bones For Life very beneficial. The deceptively simple and rhythmical exercises, which I practice regularly, have released joints and muscles. I am moving easier and more relaxed. It’s like my body is remembering how to function well. I recommend Bones For Life to anyone of any age who wants to improve their day-to-day life.  B, November 2019

Bones For Life exercises have bought greater mobility and less pain to my body and joints. It feels like my body is remembering how to move well. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to improve how their body works and feels. – R, October 2019
