With more and more people needing the Charity’s help we are spread a bit ‘thin on the ground’ financially and physically. Whilst we try to save by doing as much of the maintenance ourselves, (with the help of a willing team of seva volunteers)  material things only last so long.

We need your help in many ways:

• The main house is in desperate need of re-wiring. This is likely to cost in the region of £18,000 – £20,000! It hasn’t been done for about 50 years.
• We will have to look to replacing the windows in the main house, the Yogananda building and the Mahasaya building ~ many of the window frames and door frames are more filler than wood!  Paulananda has done a sterling job in keeping them going so far but they won’t last much longer. Watch this space!
• Some of our garden furniture needs replacing so that students, guests and clients can relax and enjoy the beautiful gardens.
• Some of the flower beds need replanting ~ this is well overdue but Dean, our gardener, is very good as making it look lovely even though replanting needs doing. However even his expertise cannot continue to create something out of nothing.
• Our Meditation blankets are thirty years old and even the darns need darning!
  We urgently need to raise funds, but do not wish to use an outside agency because they take a percentage of funds raised and it also takes a great deal of our time. We estimate that we will need about £37,000.00 over the next two years. Can you help by donating towards Fund Raiser 19/20? Donations by cheque, credit card or in cash would be so appreciated.
